This is a really quick and simple spring salad that I made this week for lunch. Enjoy!! Ingredients:
- A few big bunches of spinach
- 2 pears
- 1 tilapia fillet
- Handful of hemp seeds
- Cook tilapia however you prefer. I baked mine at 400 for 10 mins, topped with garlic salt & pepper before baking.
- Take fish out of the oven and allow to cool.
- While the fish is cooling, slice pears. Add to bowl with spinach.
- Chop up tilapia and add to bowl. Top with hemp seeds and toss.
