Quick spinach salad with tilapia and pears

This is a really quick and simple spring salad that I made this week for lunch. Enjoy!! Ingredients:

  • A few big bunches of spinach
  • 2 pears
  • 1 tilapia fillet
  • Handful of hemp seeds

Directions:

  • Cook tilapia however you prefer. I baked mine at 400 for 10 mins, topped with garlic salt & pepper before baking.
  • Take fish out of the oven and allow to cool.
  • While the fish is cooling, slice pears. Add to bowl with spinach.
  • Chop up tilapia and add to bowl. Top with hemp seeds and toss.
  • Enjoy!
