3 ways to make a dessert smoothie

For today’s smoothie I added a few protein balls to change things up and now it tastes like a cookie dough milkshake! So I thought I’d share a few dessert smoothie recipes!
Recipe 1: Cookie Dough
•2 scoops vanilla Shaklee life shake (I had vanilla but use chocolate if you got it!)
• 1 Tbs PB2
• 2 protein balls (any recipe you love!)
• 1 Tbs cocoa powder (if using chocolate shake you can omit this)
• 10 oz almond milk
Recipe 2: Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 scoops vanilla Shaklee life shake
  • 1 Tbs pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 tsp each: vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 2-3 ice cubes (optional)

Recipe 3: Oatmeal Cookie

  • 2 scoops vanilla Shaklee life shake
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbs peanut butter (or alternative)
  • 1/8 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 oz almond milk
